About Bettys Beach

Bettys Beach is a free coastal campsite about 50 km east of Albany, Western Australia. The site is 2WD accessible, though the access road is extremely steep with limited turn-around areas. Camping is restricted to designated camping bays and is prohibited on the beach itself due to soft sand and surf hazards. The site is closed from mid-February through April when it is used by professional fishermen. Sites cannot be pre-booked, so plan accordingly and have a backup plan if the site is full.
