We recently stayed at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Queenscliff and overall we had a lovely stay. Check-in was smooth, and the staff provided really good service throughout our visit. The park itself has plenty of amenities and is very family-friendly. The only downside for us was the size and location of our site. We were placed near the games room/area, and the space was extremely tight for our trailer. Even after studying the map beforehand, parking and maneuvering the trailer was still very difficult. I honestly think our site would have been more suitable for tents rather than larger caravans or trailers. If you’re booking here with a caravan or camper trailer, I highly recommend emphasising that you need a bigger or easier-access site. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the facilities and atmosphere. I would give it 4 stars overall.

We have just spent 2 nights at this location. A group of 11, we hired 4 deluxe 3 bedroom villas. They were outstanding. Clean and comfortable it was a pleasure to stay there. This park has everything you could possibly need. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great value and great fun. DEFINITELY VISIT.

A great family park, but expect to pay for some activities which other ingenia holiday parks are free for members. Also parking your caravan can be tricky if another caravan is across from you. Clean and curious staff and dog friendly.

The customer service here is 10/10. We stayed in the 4 bed beach house and it was fantastic. Perfect for 2 families. Highly recommend. The actual park was clean and tidy and lots to do for kids of all ages.

Loved it! Had a great time - the staff are amazing. They were so helpful and kind. There’s so much to do in this park - we were exhausted at the end of every day. It’s a lovely part of the state and no shortage of places to explore. The park was full but still felt very quiet and accessible. We’ll be back.
