My son and I stay here fairly regularly for his golf tournaments, and for us, this is a perfect location and great accommodation. On this trip, our cabin was clean, had an excellent air-con for the cold winter nights, and staff were very friendly. Location is pretty good - walking distance to Catalina, which is an excellent golf course, and a great place for a meal, even if you don't play golf. The surrounding area is beautiful - especially the coast drive down south to Moruya. Staff are always friendly and now they have an indoor bar with golf sim, pool, darts etc. For a fairly budget stay in a lovely area, I recommend the Marina Resort.

Absolutely perfect! I stayed here with my son and everything was amazing. The customer service is old fashioned (polite and helpful). Close to everything you need whilst on holidays. The fishing off the break wall was worth it. The park facilities were all in great condition and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely return

We had a great time in the Superior 2 bedroom cabine. Very new and great compact stay! We had all we needed, we brought just a fry pan to make a good meal (was handy!) and we were able to borrow an air fryer at reception - great service! We love the kids activities options (tennis, ping pong, pool for free! We tried an electric bike and the new indoor golf (paying services). Donut and coffee shop at the front is also a great option. I would suggest separate cans/bottle return bins (lots go into normal recycle) to generate money for the hotel or a private in need (or just interested in making some money). Area is well maintained and staff is helpful and caring.

We had such a lovely stay! I was honestly quite concerned before arriving because of some reviews about cockroaches, and I almost cancelled the booking. But I’m so glad we didn’t. The room was clean, tidy, and we didn’t see any cockroaches at all. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. The location is also beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. We had come down for a footy carnival. Half the team stayed here. Bateman Bay Marina resort was absolutely amazing. The kids were well occupied in between and after their carnival games. They were all out crabbing, fishing, swimming lawn bowling, bouncing on the pillow and playing hide and seek with spotlights in the dark. The resort felt so safe for our kids to run wild and be kids. I had booked a 2 bedroom superior cabin for 2 nights, the price was an absolute bargain, the beds were super comfy. The cabin was clean and cosy like a little home away from home. The resort even had a option to borrow an air fryer which in my opinion is fantastic when you have the fish n chip trailer across the road charging $15 just got 1 fish and chips. The resort also had a coffee and food van at the front that made the best donuts. We were greated and farewell by the most welcoming staff and the caretaker was a very friendly gentleman. Overall will 100% be returning.
