Nice big sites with clear grass to pitch a tent on. Right next to the beach and the pub puts on a good meal. Limited water but fine for filling a small jerry can for the next days travel.

This was a hidden gem of a camping spot right in the middle of nowhere! We had prebooked with our van for camping unpowered. Arrived on a Sunday in middle of a long weekend but found a suitable spot right on the waterside. Just lovely! Right near the camp kitchen if you so desire...a little walk to the showers and loos but that didn't hurt us. Yes, it's a very rustic little place (well, not so little...there are over 70 unpowered sites!) and in original condition for the most part. We loved our time there and I recommend you to give it a go. Warm QLD hospitality and friendly vanners!

Campground with a boost. In-house restaurant and bar coupled with a great view make for an easy, relaxing stay. As for the barra and mud crabs, they must have had the day off when we were there. Two things to keep in mind, minimal drinking water is available and no dump point. The staff were friendly and helpful and our site was plenty big enough.

Absolutely loved our stay at BarraCrab Caravan Park! The location is unbeatable, just a couple of steps and you’re right on the beach. The views are beautiful and it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind. The pub was a huge highlight. My partner is a very picky eater and even he was impressed! Great variety on the menu, amazing seafood, and the steak was cooked perfectly. Amenities were also spot on, really clean toilets and the showers had great water pressure and more than one to choose from, which is always a win! We had such a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend 👌✨

This is a great, relaxing caravan park for free day camping and pay per night camping as well. Water and power hookups are standard and one minute walk to the beach. Private suites are available as well. A nice restaurant is on site with great fresh seafood on the grill. Hot showers are available as part of the per night fee. A great spot to rest if you have a long drive ahead. You won't be disappointed.
