Badgingarra National Park sprawls across 13,108 hectares in Western Australia, 190 kilometres north of Perth, featuring high breakaway country overlooking low undulating sandplains. Between July and late September after good winter rains, its dramatic breakaways showcase blooms of Western Australia's most unique rare species including yellow and black kangaroo paws, mallee, mottlecah and verticordia. The best way to experience the park is the 3.5-kilometre Badgingarra Nature Trail or 6.6-kilometre Iain Wilson Nature Trail with opportunities to see emus, western grey kangaroos, bustards and wedge-tailed eagles.
