we stayed for the first time here. we booked a little two bedroom for our family of 5 and it was perfect. we had a blast here! our daughter loved going to see the birds every morning and the kids loved swimming in the pools. the pools were very cold (end of April) so I was gutted I didn't get to have a swim. the staff were very helpful. I asked for clean towels everyday due to going to the theme parks and they gave them to me. the little store they have here is cool! the kids liked spending some of their money here. we didn't get to see much of the grounds as we were busy at the parks and the day we had a chill day it was raining but from what we could see the grounds are nicely kept. it was handy to have a self serviced laundry. the machines cost $6 each. I had issues with one of the driers and the friendly staff helped me. we will definitely be staying again!

As a guest it was clear that a lot has been invested into the ongoing maintenance of the park and the facilities. Our accomodation (and the park as a whole) was clean and well presented. Staff were very approachable and keen to help. My kids enjoyed the free school holiday activities which were also well run. The location is good for a family Gold Coast vacation as it is only 15 minutes to surfers paradise and each of the theme parks. The pools were well presented and my kids swam at the start and end of each day. We would definitely consider visiting again for our next Queensland family holiday

We just spent a week across 4x self contained cabins with my family and it exceeded expectations. The rooms have everything you could need and are spacious. I was impressed with the amount of storage so that you can settle in. This was appreciated after living out of a bag for a few days prior! The pool area is so well maintained and it is clear that the staff care a lot about service. It is suitable for younger kids, but also has a large area for relaxing and deeper pools for swimming. The range and quality of the activities for kids was communicated clearly, run effectively and reflected the care taken to go above and beyond in other areas. We had such a great time!

We have just left Ashmore Palms after a week long stay as a large family group over Easter and the first week of school holidays. We found the park and staff to be excellent. The accommodation (3 bedroom cabins) were spotlessly clean with everything we could need for our stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating to our needs as a large group. The park grounds were super well maintained and cleaned thoroughly everyday. The birds in the pool area were a real bonus and we enjoyed visiting the on multiple occasions. The additional activities for the kids were varied and fun and the visiting food trucks on Friday night were excellent for some on site catering. The location of the park is excellent, it is 15/20min to everywhere on the coast including Surfers Paradise, Pacific Fair, HOTA and the theme parks. The location is lovely and quiet. Overall we highly recommend Ashmore Palms for a family holiday (large or small).

We recently stayed in Paradise Penthouse #48, and it exceeded every expectation. The apartment was absolutely immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed — and more. It was incredibly spacious, and each of our children having their own double bed made it even more comfortable for our family. The modern styling was beautiful, and we especially loved the fun touch of having our own slushie machine in the apartment! The two pools were perfect for relaxing and entertaining the kids, and the on-site convenience store was so handy for those last-minute essentials. Having our own private mini putting green out the back was such a unique bonus, and the carport connected directly to the apartment made everything so easy and convenient. The service from staff was excellent- we arrived after 7pm when reception was closed and the after hours arrival process was super easy & straight forward. Without a doubt, this is one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We can’t wait to come back!
