Wonderful site. Great location. Reception staff was wonderful. The park was fairly empty so she put us in a lovely spot by the river access. Amenities very clean and in good repair.

We stayed on Friday 1/05 to Sun 2/05 and found this park amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful - Jen and Rachel in particular! 😀There is so much space, the sites are big. If you love nature, animals in the wild, this is the place to come! 😀 Chittima and I are from Naturally Wondering YouTube. Check it out - we made x2 Shorts fom our stay in park 25K people have viewed the first one in the last 3 days. A long form video will be out in a few days... It is the perfect park to base yourself to explore the Great Ocean Road...

2 stars only because of the location is next to the beach. We paid for a “Premium Grass Site,” but what we got was dirt and sand, very uneven to the point where we couldn’t properly level our caravan. It was nowhere near what you’d expect from a premium site. There’s no proper sewer connection, and it’s unpleasant seeing people leaving their pipes on the ground. For a park of this size, having only one dumping point makes no sense, you actually have to drive just to empty your cassette. At night, the park is poorly lit. Our area was completely dark, which feels like a safety concern. On top of that, the public footpath runs right alongside the park with no gates or barriers, so anyone can easily walk straight through the sites. The no-fire rule all year round is also frustrating. We visited in autumn, it was cold and rainy and not being allowed to have any kind of fire just didn’t make sense. Lastly, despite the park being nearly empty, we asked for a late checkout and were told we had to pay extra to stay until 4 pm. We only needed a couple more hours and ended up getting just one hour extra. It felt unnecessarily inflexible. Also worth mentioning the swimming pool is very small and tiny, so don’t be misled by the photos. Overall, disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this park.

Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and shops like everything is walking distance. Picture perfect! Sites are decent sizes, lots of trees and wildlife, I mean Kangaroos lying next to our tents. Staff were lovely. Will recommend to friends.

Stayed here in a dog friendly cabin for 4 days. Really great experience - the cabin had everything we needed and was a lot more modern than we were expecting. Very quiet, safe, family friendly place. Walking distance to the shops and beach. Can't fault it, would absolutely stay here again! Note: Wifi does not work here, and reception is limited.
